Renewal by Andersen in Boise is seeking a Product Ordering Specialist to coordinate window installation projects, align customer appointments, crew availability, materials, and timelines using Salesforce. Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of data entry experience.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with SharePoint or similar database management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to identify scheduling conflicts and develop practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage weekly and monthly installation schedules for multiple crews using Salesforce.
• Coordinate scheduling and communicate updates related to installation services and Jobs in Progress (JIP).
• Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, Installation, and other departments to gather information for project flow.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them with relevant teams.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to keep work on track.
• Clearly communicate project processes and scheduling changes to stakeholders and customers.
