Collaborating with regional support center to ensure custom, semi-custom and large project appliance installations are completed from start to finish. Interacts with customers, builders and the sales team and coordinators daily. Responsibilities include delivering remarkable white glove customer service, safety, and efficiency/cost goals following established policies, procedures, methods, while upholding and modelling the company’s values and creating a positive working environment. **WHAT YOU’LL BRING*** Executes the installation strategy with key tactics and plans, capability needs of the team, assets, and processes to deliver company goals, within timelines.* Maintains installation calendar daily* Routes installation teams for maximum productivity* Creates and closes all manifest daily, confirming all installs have been completed* Confirms all tickets have dropped to the picking queue* Manage picking queue by assigning tickets to be pulled* Ensuring correct product is pulled for delivery* Routes tickets in Innovo and communicates next day tickets with installation manager* Maintains communication with installers/manager during the day* Provides updates to RSS or salesperson as needed* Upload notes and pictures onto sales orders – where Innovo is not utilized by third party installers* Create and email delivery report from completed installations the day before to RSS and salesperson each morning* If there are reschedules (redates) or returns, create the return and coordinate the redate/return using 2nd Will Call ship via and communicate with RSS* Assists warehouse personnel – I.e. returns and open line* Performs other duties as assigned.**Key Responsibilities:*** Strong, refined relationship-based service skills, with demonstrated customer service orientation* Ability to learn quickly and be resourceful* Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed* Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and ability to deal with customer complaints effectively.* Ability to work independently, but also work as part of a team* Ability to prioritize work within a multi-tasking and fast paced environment* Strong follow-up skills* Ability to learn new procedures, and be comfortable with new technology**YOUR BACKGROUND*** Excellent verbal and written communication skills* 3 or more years of customer service experience* Strong computer skills; MS Word, Excel and Outlook**Preferred Qualifications*** Strong, refined relationship-based service skills, with demonstrated customer service orientation* Ability to learn quickly and be resourceful* Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Ability to work independently, but also work as part of a team* Ability to prioritize work within a multi-tasking and fast paced environment* Strong follow-up skills* Ability to learn new procedures, and be comfortable with new technologyFollowing is a list of physical and mental requirements identified as necessary to achieve the essential functions of this role:* **Attendance –** Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.* **Physical Capacities –** Lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the day, sitting and standing for extended periods.
