Job summary

ACQ Media is seeking a driven social content leader to own Instagram growth strategy and lead creative direction across all social platforms. You will work directly on high-profile personal brands and manage workflows from editing to distribution, reporting to the Creative Producer in Las Vegas, NV.

You will shape voice, design, and performance metrics, building scalable systems and coaching the team to produce best-in-class content while maintaining brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social production, digital strategy, or social content creation, with primary focus on Instagram.
• Proven track record of scaling Instagram accounts through original video content.
• Ability to build a distinct brand voice on social with a clear, consistent voice.
• Portfolio demonstrating an extremely high creative bar.
• Strong collaboration and leadership across editors, designers, talent.
• Hands-on editing proficiency using Premiere or Resolve.
• Fluency in Instagram and familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, X, and emerging formats.
• Experience creating scalable systems and processes; AI exposure.
• Studio environment with documented workflows.
• Ability to lead and train a team to maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Own Instagram growth strategy and oversee multi-platform content across brand ecosystem.
• Direct creative direction to editors, motion designers, and designers; review and approve work.
• Turn long-form videos into high-impact social assets and drive viewership back to source (YouTube).
• Set the visual identity and packaging standard across all platforms; ensure on-brand voice.
• Lead and coordinate across social, post-production, design, and talent to meet timelines and goals.
• Build and maintain systems and SOPs to scale social production.
• Oversee production logistics, asset management, and distribution schedule.
• Collaborate with the Creative Producer to define editorial strategy and content direction.
• Coach the Social Coordinator and team; provide strategic direction and feedback.
• Track data trends to inform pivots and improvements.
