Qualifications

• Portfolio showing expert-level short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok), basic graphic design, and punchy copywriting.
• Empathetic storytelling style that translates mission into community excitement.
• High-agency, proactive, startup-ready mindset with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Instagram Strategy & Growth: Develop and manage a structured content calendar to grow followers and engagement.
• Video-First Content Creation: Produce, shoot, and edit engaging Reels; optimize for reach and retention.
• Visual & Written Storytelling: Write captions linking core values to parental concerns.
• Basic Graphic Design: Create simple, on-brand static graphics or carousels as needed.
• Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor weekly metrics and iterate content strategy.
