We are seeking a hands‑on marketing specialist with demonstrated expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO to grow paid registrations for NORY’s camps and enrichment programs. You will personally manage advertising campaigns, improve organic search visibility, and connect marketing performance to actual registrations and revenue. We need someone who can explain their decisions, diagnose underperformance, and demonstrate results from work they directly owned. Experience creating social content, boosting posts, or building AI marketing automations alone does not meet this role’s requirements.
Compensation: $25–$40 per hour, based on demonstrated experience and results.
Hours: 5-20 hours per week.
Location: Remote.
Build, manage, and optimize campaigns that reach families actively searching for camps and enrichment programs.
Refine keywords, search terms, negative keywords, bidding, geographic targeting, and budget allocation.
Test ad copy and landing pages to improve completed registrations and acquisition efficiency.
Build and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns directly in Meta Ads Manager.
Develop and test audiences, creative concepts, messaging, and offers.
Write ad copy and provide clear creative briefs to NORY’s content team, using results to guide the next round of tests.
Develop a prioritized SEO plan around relevant searches for summer camps, holiday camps, after‑school programs, and local enrollment opportunities.
Conduct keyword research based on search intent and business value.
Improve program and location pages, including titles, headings, content, and internal linking.
Use Google Search Console and analytics to identify opportunities and diagnose performance changes.
Identify technical issues affecting crawling, indexing, and website usability; implement improvements within your access and coordinate changes requiring developer support.
Improve local search visibility through accurate business information and relevant location content.
Measure organic search performance through qualified traffic, inquiries, and registrations.
Validate conversion tracking across advertising platforms, analytics, and the registration process.
Reconcile platform‑reported conversions with actual registrations and revenue, explaining attribution limitations and discrepancies.
Allocate advertising spend based on program timing, location, enrollment priorities, and remaining capacity.
Identify whether weak results stem from targeting, creative, landing pages, tracking, or registration friction.
Provide concise weekly reporting: results, changes made, lessons learned, and next actions.
Demonstrated hands‑on experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and budget decisions.
Proven SEO experience with specific examples of work performed and measurable outcomes.
Working proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, plus experience implementing or troubleshooting conversion tracking.
Strong analytical judgment: you can explain why performance changed and what evidence supports your next decision.
Ability to connect marketing activity to customer acquisition and revenue.
Clear communication, reliable follow‑through, and ownership of results.
Experience with local consumer services, family programs, education, or seasonal businesses is preferred. Prior NYC parenting‑market experience is helpful but not required. AI tools and platform certifications are welcome; demonstrated execution and sound judgment carry more weight.
We lead with purpose, use data to inform decisions, investigate root causes, and take responsibility for outcomes. We value thoughtful experimentation, honest reporting, constructive feedback, and care for the families and teammates we serve. Explore our Ways of Being.
