Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps for students.

• Implement behavior management and de-escalation strategies to ensure safety.
• Drive student growth and progress toward academic and social-emotional goals.
• Supervise and monitor students during movement within the school.
