Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) seeks a licensed K-12 special education teacher to join our in-district classrooms and schools. You will diagnose learning, social, and emotional gaps, develop IEPs, deliver evidence-based instruction, and partner with families and school teams to support student growth.

SESI offers smaller class sizes, ongoing professional development, and a robust benefits package. The posted salary range is USD 70,000–80,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning.
• Valid PEL W/LBS1 Endorsement Required.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose learning, social, and emotional skill gaps and address them through individualized plans.
• Develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress.
• Deliver knowledge using SESI’s instructional models and PBIS framework.
• Collaborate with families and school teams to support diverse learners.
• Maintain accurate student records and manage classroom safety and operations.
