Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ARD teams to develop IEPs for assigned students.
• Implement instructional programs and document preparation as required.
• Assess student learning styles and adapt instructional strategies accordingly.
• Use varied instructional media and technology to meet student needs.
• Participate in ARD meetings and select appropriate instructional materials.
• Monitor student progress and adjust goals as necessary.
• Establish a positive, safe classroom environment and manage behavior per IEP.
