Papillion La Vista Community Schools is seeking a Special Education Elementary Teacher for the 2027-28 cycle. The role focuses on delivering instructional programs for students with disabilities and coordinating IEP development for each student.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education required.
• Holds or is eligible for Nebraska Teacher’s Certificate.
• Successful completion of student teaching is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of IEPs for assigned students.
• Supervise and collaborate with paraprofessionals.
• Communicate daily expectations for student programming to students and staff.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
