Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide scholars with effective instruction using varied methods and the Danielson rubric.
• Teach the required curriculum and administer common assessments, monitoring progress.
• Provide instruction and interventions for behavioral and learning needs.
• Develop detailed lesson plans and appropriate activities for all students.
• Create a positive, structured learning environment and manage classroom behaviors.
• Collaborate with special education staff on IEP accommodations and supports.
• Participate in planning, evaluation, and professional development.
• Maintain communication with parents and engage in conferences.
