Responsibilities

• Provide scholars with effective instruction across subject areas, differentiate instruction to meet needs, and use best practices.
• Teach required curriculum and administer common assessments, monitor scholar progress.
• Provide instruction and interventions for behavioral support and positive student outcomes.
• Develop detailed, concise lesson plans and additional activities to meet diverse student needs.
• Maintain a conducive learning environment with strong classroom management and student self-esteem.
• Collaborate with special education staff to support IEPs and accommodations.
• Participate in professional development and apply strategies with fidelity.
• Communicate progress regularly with parents and guardians.
