Job summary

Cadence Education seeks a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. Under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher, you will support daily classroom operations and Cadence programs, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment that meets children's physical, social, emotional, and learning needs, including those with IEPs.

You will maintain classroom routines, assist in delivering curriculum, build positive relationships with children and families, and ensure licensing

Qualifications

• Associate or BA in Early Childhood Education preferred, depending on state licensing.
• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher in a licensed childcare center.
• Background clearances and health screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily classroom operations and Cadence Education programs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment and support curriculum delivery.
• Maintain licensing compliance and build positive relationships with children and families.
