Qualifikationen

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience in licensed childcare preferred.
• Ability to obtain background screenings.

Aufgaben

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment with dignity and care.
• Greet children and families and establish welcoming relationships.
• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Collaborate with Lead Teacher to plan activities.
• Follow Cadence Education Safety and Supervision policies and document incidents.
• Attend required meetings and trainings as needed.
