Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CDA/TCC/assoc or bachelor’s in ECE preferred.
• Experience with Pre-K or early childhood education is strongly preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead teacher to plan and implement Pre-K curriculum and lesson plans.
• Support a safe, nurturing classroom environment for early learners.
• Assist in monitoring and documenting student progress and milestones.
• Guide children through structured and free-play activities promoting growth.
• Communicate regularly with parents about development and activities.
• Help manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement.
