Lexington Christian Academy is seeking a Girls Basketball: Middle School Associate Head Coach for the Winter 2026 season in Lexington, MA. The role focuses on teaching athletic and leadership skills within LCA’s Christ-centered framework.

The coach will provide instruction, support the Varsity Head Coach, plan practices, and mentor student-athletes both athletically and spiritually while aligning with LCA values and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide basketball specific instruction and guidance to student-athletes.
• Support the Varsity Head Coach in all necessary duties.
• Coordinate and facilitate practices every weekday in-season (2:00 PM - 3:15 PM).
• Assist in the development and implementation of in-game instructions.
• Align program values and culture with that of LCA.
• Develop program strategy and cohesion techniques.
• Serve as a mentor athletically and spiritually to LCA student-athletes.
• Help facilitate and manage games.
• Adhere to all sports medicine guidelines and EAPs.
• Communicate all safety and security concerns.
