• Assist in the development and implementation of in-game instructions.
• Work directly with the Head Coach to align program values and culture with that of LCA.
• Develop program strategy and cohesion techniques.
• Serve as a mentor athletically and spiritually to LCA student-athletes.
• Help facilitate and manage games.
• Assist in all other duties.
• Adhere to all sports medicine guidelines and EAPs.
• Communicate all safety and security concerns.
