Responsibilities

• Provide lacrosse-specific instruction and guidance to student-athletes.
• Coordinate and mentor coaching staff.
• Work with assistants and coaches at junior varsity and middle school to ensure program alignment.
• Conduct practices every weekday in-season (3-5 or 5-7 PM).
• Develop program strategy and cohesion techniques.
• Develop and implement in-game instructions.
• Coordinate strength and conditioning.
• Collaborate with the Athletic Director on staffing and program alignment.
• Mentor athletes athletically and spiritually.
