Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct daily practice sessions focusing on skill development, conditioning, and teamwork.
• Develop and implement training programs for varying skill levels.
• Organize and oversee track meets, including transportation and coordination with other schools.
• Foster a positive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship and personal growth.
• Communicate with students, parents, and administration about schedules and expectations.
• Monitor academic performance and balance athletics with academics.
• Assist in managing team uniforms and equipment.
• Ensure safety of participants during practices and competitions.
• Maintain attendance and performance records; attend coaching clinics to stay current.
