Qualifications

• K-12 teaching experience preferred, two years recommended.
• Bachelor's degree with GPA ≥ 3.0; Master's degree preferred.
• Connecticut certification or in process to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, achievement-oriented learning environment.
• Build classroom community by partnering with families.
• Utilize interim assessment data to drive instruction.
• Deliver unit and lesson plans with grade/subject teams.
• Model Achievement First core values in all interactions.
• Collaborate with coach and school team to improve instruction.
• Participate in professional development and data meetings.
