Job summary

Achievement First in Rhode Island is seeking a dedicated K-12 educator for the 2025-26 school year. You will create a structured, achievement-oriented learning environment and partner with families to support student growth.

You will use interim assessment data to drive instruction, implement unit and lesson plans with your grade-level team, and model AF’s core values in every interaction with students and colleagues.

Qualifications

• K-12 teaching experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with GPA ≥3.0; Master’s degree preferred.
• RI teacher certification or in process.

• Partner with families to support students’ academic and personal development.
