Tulsa Honor Academy (THA) is seeking a full-time teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in Oklahoma. THA emphasizes equity, community and constant improvement to prepare scholars for college graduation and life success.

Compensation starts at $44,000, with standard certified teachers at $47,000; THA offers a comprehensive benefits package. Reports to the Principal; teaching in grades 5-12 at THA’s three schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• State certification is preferred.
• Prior teaching experience in a school serving a similar population is preferred.
• Charter school experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Classroom instruction aligned to standards and curriculum; continually improve instructional practices.
• Foster a positive classroom and school climate with joyful, rigorous learning.
• Establish and enforce school-wide systems, routines and expectations for students.
• Collaborate with colleagues, families and staff to support scholar success.
• Report to and be accountable to the Principal and uphold THA’s mission.
