Qualifications

• Must have at least 18 hours of graduate education in marriage and family therapy or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality instruction, direction and support for students in the classroom environment.
• Facilitate class sizes up to 25 students and divide into sections for discussion and activities.
• Provide rich and timely feedback on student work.
• Hold a minimum of two office hours per week and be available for meetings.
• Provide timely answers to student inquiries outside of class time.
• Enter final course grades by deadline after consultation with lead faculty.
• Alert department chair or program director to student issues such as performance or policy violations.
• Comply with Abilene Christian University policies and guidelines.
• Provide feedback to program director for improvement.
• Attend and complete trainings and provide credentialing/records updates.
• Other duties as assigned by lead faculty or program director.
