All qualified applicants for these positions must be professing Christians and willing to support the Christian mission and purpose of the university**Essential Duties**Provide high quality instruction, direction and support for students in the online classroom environment.* Provide in-depth and timely feedback on student work, being both encouraging and constructively critical.* Provide timely and helpful answers to students’ inquiries regarding course material or academic matters.* Conduct periodic synchronous interaction sessions (depending on course requirements).* Facilitate and grade all assignments in a timely manner.* Enter final course grades after consultation with the lead faculty and/or program director by assigned deadlines.* Alert lead faculty and/or program director to any student issues. Licensure is highly preferred.* Must have practice or professional experience or general expertise in the content of the assigned course.* Minimum of two (2) years of university teaching is preferred. The ability to teach across the curriculum is expected.
