Formación

• Current MN teaching license in math for grades 5-12.
• Culturally responsive teaching.
• Effective communication skills.
• Uses multiple approaches to learning.

• Strong math content knowledge across topics.
• Understanding of English language structure and grammar.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with staff to design standardized curriculum and assessments.
• Develop and implement instructional objectives and activities.
• Deliver classroom instruction and tutoring based on lesson plans and student needs.
• Assess student performance and adapt re-instruction as needed.
• Provide a supportive learning environment with appropriate reinforcement.
• Monitor student progress and communicate with parents and staff.
• Engage in ongoing evaluation of student abilities and plans for growth.
• Act as liaison between district and community as appropriate.
• Contribute to public relations efforts to improve community perceptions.
