Job summary

ACCEL Schools is seeking a Kindergarten Teacher for A+ Children’s Academy in Columbus, Ohio. The teacher will create an engaging classroom, differentiate instruction, and maintain student progress records, while collaborating with staff and families to support social-emotional growth.

The role requires an Ohio teaching license, a bachelor's in education, and comfort with growth-focused coaching through observations and planning. Experience in urban settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field required.
• Active and current Ohio teaching license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans with ability to modify during the school year.
