Qualifications

• Leadership to guide the athletic program with a positive role model.
• Knowledge of high school play systems and communicating with athletes/parents.
• Ability to organize time and solve problems across practices and events.

Responsibilities

• Direct organized practices and set seasonal goals.
• Work with parents, other coaches, staff and support programs.
• Assist Athletic Director with facility care and event preparation.
• Assist in purchasing equipment, supplies and uniforms.
• Assist in game scheduling and roster management.
• Conduct pre-season meetings with athletes and parents regarding schedules and contracts.
• Improve skills and knowledge of athletes and the team overall.
• Organize team members by competitive levels and enforce team rules.
• Coordinate media communications and report as required.
