Job summary

Qualifications

• Top-notch teaching, communication, motivation, technology, and organization skills.
• Knowledge of the technical rules of High School Basketball.
• NFHS Foundations of Coaching, Concussion, Steroid, 3D Coaching, and Heat Illness certifications, plus First Aid/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in leading a Girls’ Basketball program and its culture.
• Coordinate with middle school and youth basketball programs.
• Support operations, fundraising, and inventory of supplies/uniforms.
• Communicate eligibility, tryouts, and team rules to staff and students.
• Collaborate with coaches to build an inclusive program focused on excellence.
