Qualifications

• Ensures effective communication with students, parents, and stakeholders.

• Uses strategies to promote critical and creative thinking in students.
• Implements instruction reflecting students' culture, learning styles, and needs.
• Establishes a classroom management system creating a positive learning environment.
• Plans, aligns, implements, and evaluates effective instruction and assessment.
• Collaborates with peers, parents, community, and stakeholders for improvement.
• Integrates technology in teaching and learning processes.
• Adheres to safety procedures.
• Performs other related duties.
