The ideal candidate will hold state certification, have a Bachelor's in Elementary Education, and be skilled in differentiated instruction, data-informed planning, and collaboration with staff and families.

Qualifications

• State certification as an Elementary Teacher is required.
• State certification in the appropriate grade level preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related discipline.
• Master's degree in related area preferred.
• Successful prior teaching experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers curriculum aligned with district goals.
• Delivers instruction with differentiation for individual students.
• Plans lessons and instructional materials and records student progress.
• Assesses student learning and adjusts teaching methods.
• Maintains accurate records of grading and attendance.
• Communicates with parents and coordinates with staff.
• Administers standardized tests as required.
• Maintains student safety and a conducive learning environment.
