Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated elementary teacher to join our Christian school community. Responsibilities

Curriculum Implementation:

• Implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with both state standards and Christian principles.
• Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Integrate biblical teachings and values into daily instruction across all subjects.

Classroom Management:

• Establish clear expectations for behavior and academic performance, ensuring a positive and respectful classroom environment.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to address any behavioral issues promptly and constructively.
• Foster a sense of community and teamwork among students, encouraging collaboration and mutual respect.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• Assess student progress regularly through a variety of assessment methods, including quizzes, tests, projects, and observations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of student grades and progress, adhering to school policies and procedures.

Individualized Instruction:

• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special learning needs or gifted abilities.
• Provide additional support or enrichment activities as needed to ensure all students reach their full potential.
• Foster a love of learning by encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity in the classroom.

Parent and Community Engagement:

• Establish and maintain open communication with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s progress, achievements, and any concerns.
• Collaborate with parents and school administrators to address student needs and support academic and spiritual growth.
• Participate in school events, parent‑teacher conferences, and other community activities to build strong relationships with families and stakeholders.
