KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher at our Romulus, MI location. You will lead, coach and mentor classroom staff, implement the KinderCare curriculum, and partner with families to support young learners.

We value 2–3 years of ECE experience, a CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy, state trainer approval (preferred), and CPR/First Aid. Our benefits include discounted child care, medical/dental/vision, EAP, paid time off, and more.

Formación

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.
