Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Possess active CDA credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred; state trainer and CPR/First Aid a plus.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred; state qualifications to be met.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
