Qualifications

• Educational experience preferred.
• Alternative qualifications may be considered by the Board.

Responsibilities

• Teaches district-approved curriculum and state standards.
• Plans lessons and maintains communication with families.
• Participates in district and school initiatives and improvement plans.
• Maintains attendance and manages classroom environment.
• differentiates instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Keeps records and prepares progress reports for students.
• Acts as a public relations representative for the district.
• Collaborates with peers and uses data to inform instruction.
