Ideal candidates are reliable, creative, and capable of managing a classroom with strong communication and organizational skills. Training is provided, and curriculum is supplied.

Qualifications

• A genuine love for children and a desire to make a positive impact.
• Ability to confidently lead and engage a classroom of students.
• Previous classroom, childcare, youth-program, leadership, or classroom-management experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned school locations.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Ability to follow a structured curriculum and established teaching system.
• Three verifiable professional references.
• Ability to follow basic art instructions and demonstrate activities clearly.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide age-appropriate instruction.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt when needed.
• Excellent organization, dependability, and a self-starter mindset.

Responsibilities
