What You Will Be Doing

As the Inspector Sr you will be responsible for conducting visual in‑process and completed product inspections of electronic units, electromechanical assemblies, internal defects, and mechanical components to verify compliance with blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications
  • Citizenship: U.S. citizen (required for this position)
  • Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
  • Location & Schedule: Available to work at the Camden, AR site on a 4‑day, 10‑hour shift (Monday‑Thursday) with the possibility of occasional overtime
  • Education: High‑school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Computer Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use standard PC applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, and web‑based tools)
Desired Skills
  • STEM degree
  • ≥1year of experience in a related manufacturing/quality‑assurance role
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics
  • Familiarity with Apriso/SAP and or related quality systems
  • Awareness of safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Experience with circuit assembly, mechanical assembly, wire‑harness assembly, or other similar processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated analytical mindset and attention to detail; proven ability to identify problems and suggest process improvements
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $37700.00 - $69900.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
