Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. The essential duties and responsibilities of the position include:* Monitoring print quality* Counting and sorting garments* Verifying accuracy to customer specifications* Tagging and boxing* Completing work orders* Assisting press operators as needed* Maintains a clean organized work area* Functions well as part of a team with the entire production department* The quality control and production facilitator has additional ongoing functional responsibilities, including: Assists in the development and/or institutes new procedures to improve accuracy and quality of products**QUALIFICATIONS**Based on the essential and other duties and responsibilities of the position, the quality control and production facilitator should have a number of professional skills and abilities:* Accuracy and strong attention to detail is required* Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities, meet assigned deadlines, and manage the related stress* Sound organizational, records management, time management skills**COMPENSATION**Hourly rate of $17.00-$19.00 commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.**WORKING CONDITIONS**Location: On Site - Buffalo, NY**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
