Job Description

MUST be hands-on, have excellent people skills, and communicate well with customers, management, and employees on the production floor.

This person will assist in all aspects of quality and MUST have the following abilities:

• Possess excellent computer skills with MRP familiarity
• Implement corrective actions
• Perform all PPAPs
• Adhere to written procedures and have working knowledge of ISO protocols
• Proficient in reading blueprints
• Experience with micrometers and GD&T fundamentals
• Working knowledge of Faro Arm X330

JOB DUTIES:

1. Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes
2. Measure production
3. Document evidence
4. Determine operational and performance qualifications
5. Write and update quality assurance procedures
6. Maintain and improve product quality by investigating customer complaints and ensuring compliance
7. Collaborate with management to develop new products, engineering designs, and training methods
8. Prepare quality documentation and reports by analyzing information, trends, and corrective actions
9. Enhance department reputation by exploring opportunities to add value
