Röchling Medical is seeking an Inspection Technician to perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on components and products. You will evaluate results, identify deviations, document findings, and support root cause analyses to improve quality across production and incoming goods inspections.

The role offers flexible/mobile work options within the United States and a focus on maintaining rigorous inspection plans and instructions for continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience performing inspections to defined plans and specifications.
• Ability to evaluate inspection results and ensure quality requirements.
• Strong documentation skills for traceability of records.

Responsabilidades

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on components and products according to inspection plans.
• Evaluate results independently and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Identify deviations or recurring issues and escalate as defined.
• Document inspection results accurately for traceability.
• Support root cause analyses with structured inspection data.
• Contribute to quality trend identification with Quality and Production.
• Ensure proper application of inspection methods, equipment, and procedures.
• Perform in-process, final, and incoming goods inspections where applicable.
• Help maintain and improve inspection plans and instructions.

Your role

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on components and products based on defined inspection plans and specifications
• Evaluate inspection results independently and ensure compliance with quality requirements
• Identify deviations, abnormalities, or recurring quality issues and initiate escalation according to defined procedures
• Document inspection results accurately and ensure completeness and traceability of quality records
• Support root cause analyses by providing structured inspection data and observations
• Contribute to the identification of quality trends and recurring defects in collaboration with Quality and Production
• Ensure correct application of inspection methods, measuring equipment, and test procedures
• Perform in-process and final inspections in production as well as incoming goods inspections where applicable
• Support the maintenance and improvement of inspection plans and instructions
