Röchling Medical in Minnesota seeks a quality inspector to perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on components and products according to defined plans and specifications. You will document results, support root-cause analyses, and help maintain inspection plans to ensure traceability of quality records.

Qualifications

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on components and products based on defined inspection plans and specifications.
• Evaluate inspection results independently and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Identify deviations, abnormalities, or recurring quality issues and initiate escalation according to defined procedures.
• Document inspection results accurately and ensure completeness and traceability of quality records.
• Support root cause analyses by providing structured inspection data and observations.
• Contribute to the identification of quality trends and recurring defects in collaboration with Quality and Production.
• Ensure correct application of inspection methods, measuring equipment, and test procedures.
• Perform in-process and final inspections in production as well as incoming goods inspections where applicable.
• Support the maintenance and improvement of inspection plans and instructions.
