We are seeking a talented and motivated Inspector/Preventative Maintenance Tech to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain all supported systems
• Navigate online service programs
• Coordinate tools and materials to complete work on time and within budget
• Manage customer relations
• Coordinate daily work with customers
• Participate in on-call service rotation
• Qualify for security licenses and vendor/product certifications
• Perform other duties as directed by the Operations team
• Conduct inspections and service
• Work harmoniously with fellow technicians
• Work hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years' experience as a technician in the security integration industry
• Valid CT Electrical Limited Journeyperson Low Voltage license
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• OSHA 10 certification
