Job summary

Massey Services, based in Orlando, Florida, is expanding its sales team and seeking an Outside Sales Inspector. No industry experience is required as paid training will prepare you to build long-term customer relationships and grow the business.

You will inspect homes, present service proposals, and generate sales leads through networking and cold calling. This is a full-time on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire.
• No industry experience required; paid training program provided.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customers' homes to determine services needed.
• Prepare & present proposals to existing and new customers.
• Network and cold call to generate sales leads.
• Telephone prospecting and appointment setting to build a pipeline.
• Accurate & timely completion of all sales related paperwork.
