Job summary

Massey Services, Inc. is hiring an Outside Sales Inspector to join our growing team.

Based in the Orlando, FL area with coverage across multiple states, the role requires no prior industry experience and includes a paid training program. We offer a competitive compensation plan of 55K-65K plus a comprehensive benefits package, including a company vehicle, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, paid time off, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company matching, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver''s license with clean record.
• Strong ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Willingness to cold call and network to generate sales leads.
• Prior outside sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customers'' homes to determine needed services.
• Prepare and present proposals to existing and new customers.
• Network and cold-call to generate sales leads.
• Schedule and conduct telephone prospecting and appointments.
• Accurate and timely completion of all sales paperwork.
