You'll work on the production line, select packaging materials, label finished goods, and help keep the work area safe and organized. Dependability, energy, and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Attention to detail and defect spotting abilities.
• Good time management and organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

• Physical stamina to stand long and lift/move heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished plastic products for defects.
• Package products according to specs and seal properly.
• Label packages with product information and warnings.
• Monitor production line efficiency and resolve packaging issues.
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and collaborate on solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory of packaging materials and notify when replenished.
• Other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect finished plastic products for defects, such as cracks, deformities, or color inconsistencies.
• Package plastic products according to specifications, including selecting appropriate packaging materials and ensuring proper sealing.
• Label packages accurately with product information and any necessary warning labels.
• Monitor and maintain production line efficiency by identifying and resolving any packaging or production issues.
• Communicate any quality concerns or issues to supervisors and collaborate on solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including disposing of waste materials and adhering to safety guidelines.
• Monitor and control inventory of packaging materials and notify supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
• Other duties as assigned.
