Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Inspector Packer to join our team in Aurora, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for packing products into containers/cartons, sealing and labeling packages, and many more listed below. The ideal candidate will possess high school / Grade 10 level education, little to some experience (0-1 year) in manufacturing/packaging, reading and understanding simple instructions, and basic writing/communication.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $16-$18/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 1st shift ($16)
• 2nd shift ($17)
• 3rd shift ($18)
• Located in Aurora, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities

• Pack products into containers/cartons
• Seal and label packages
• Prepare products for shipping or storage
• Inspect products, materials, and containers
• Ensure products meet company quality standards
• Identify and report defects or issues
• Operate or assist with machines (e.g., conveyors)
• Start/stop or monitor equipment
• Documentation / Record keeping
• Keep work area clean
• Maintain organized workspace
• Work efficiently and meet production goals
• Follow instructions and procedures
• Be reliable and consistent
• Communicate issues to supervisors
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Following workplace safety rules (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety Act)
• Wearing PPE (protective equipment)
• Reporting hazards or unsafe conditions
• Working safely around machinery
