Debbie's Staffing is recruiting Inspectors/Packers for our client in Mooresville, NC. The role involves inspecting and packaging material to specification and ensuring labels and shipping requirements are met.

The position requires standing for long periods, teamwork, and adherence to safety rules. Shift is Mon-Fri 2:50pm-11:00pm with Saturdays as needed; pay is $16/hour with weekly pay.

• Reaching, bending, light lifting.
• Ability to work on a production conveyor line.

Responsibilities

• Pack the product in the box according to the product specifications.
• Pack boxes on skid for shipping.
• Inspect and sort products for defects and deviations from specifications.
• Control break time to match the company policy of two ten-minute breaks and one twenty-minute break per shift.
• Monitor the production line.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Job Summary

Inspect and package material to specification. Assure the product meets the requirement per the packing instructions, labels, manufacturing specifications and shipping to meet the needs of the customer.
