Sealed Air is seeking an Inspector/Packer for the Ashland facility to inspect and pack bags, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. The role supports a manufacturing line with responsibilities spanning quality checks, counting, and documentation, while collaborating with team members and operators.

Education requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with on-the-job training provided. Basic computer skills are beneficial in handling records and line data.

Qualifications

• Experience: No previous experience required, on the job training provided.
• Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Equipment: Pallet jack.
• Computer: Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and pack quality bags into box/tote per bag specifications.
• Ensure box/tote counts are accurate as per bag specifications.
• Report suspect or defective product for review and decision.
• Work as a team with others assigned to machine and assist operators as needed.
• Maintain 5S and machine sanitation per company standards.
• Complete documentation accurately and fully.
• Assist in training other Inspector/Packer personnel.
