Job summary

Novolex is hiring an Inspector Packer in Hazleton, PA to help ensure quality and accurate packing. This role requires standing for extended periods, working a 12-hour night shift, and meeting daily production targets while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Job Description

Inspector Packer | HIRING IMMEDIATELY |Hazleton, PA APPLY ONLINE!

Compensation:

• $20.22/HR, with the $.50 night shift differential - Paid weekly!

• Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases
• Eligible for monthly bonus based upon plant productivity*

Available Shifts:

Sun-Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am

As a Packer you must:

• Maintain safe, clean and friendly work environment
• Visually inspect product for quality compliance
• Ensure that customer requirements are met or exceeded
• Make-up and pack boxes with respective product ensuring that product is not mixed
• Meet daily production requirements
• Properly identify each case that is packed
• Assist with grinding of scrap materials as required
• Assist with training responsibilities as required
• Other duties as necessary

Must be able to:

• Work a 12-hour shift, standing and walking for extended periodsClimb
• Ambulate independently
• Heed safety warnings, devices and alarms
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
