HIRING IMMEDIATELY: INSPECTOR PACKER IN AURORA, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Inspector Packer to join our team in Aurora, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for packing products into containers/cartons, sealing and labeling packages, and many more listed below. The ideal candidate will possess high school / Grade 10 level education, little to some experience (0–1 year) in manufacturing/packaging, reading and understanding simple instructions, and basic writing/communication.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $16-$18/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 1st shift ($16)
• 2nd shift ($17)
• 3rd shift ($18)
• Located in Aurora, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities

• Pack products into containers/cartons
• Seal and label packages
• Prepare products for shipping or storage
• Inspect products, materials, and containers
• Ensure products meet company quality standards
• Identify and report defects or issues
• Operate or assist with machines (e.g., conveyors)
• Start/stop or monitor equipment
• Documentation/ Record keeping
• Keep work area clean
• Maintain organized workspace
• Work efficiently and meet production goals
• Follow instructions and procedures
• Be reliable and consistent
• Communicate issues to supervisors
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Following workplace safety rules (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety Act)
• Wearing PPE (protective equipment)
• Reporting hazards or unsafe conditions
• Working safely around machinery

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school / Grade 10 level education
