Job summary

Nesco Resource is hiring for an Inspector/Packers role at a manufacturing facility in Ashland, Ohio. You will inspect liquid-filled pouches for quality, then pack them for shipment. This hands-on position emphasizes consistency, accuracy, and reliability to support efficient production.

Shift starts with FIRST SHIFT training (7am-3pm) for 3-4 weeks, with overtime possible after training. The 3rd Shift runs 11pm-7am, with a pay rate of $19.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and basic packaging knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Inspect liquid pouches for quality, checking for defects or leaks.
• Verify product labels and packaging information.
• Pack pouches into containers following instructions.
• Seal and label products securely.
• Maintain a clean work area, following safety and GMP standards.
• Report defects or discrepancies to supervisors.

Training Schedule
