Overview

Engine Systems, Inc. is hiring a Quality Assurance Inspector in our Rocky Mount, NC location.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional, visual, non-destructive testing, and inspection of components, assemblies, and systems to ensure compliance with engineering designs.
• Ensure detailed inspections meet applicable standards and technical data.
• Record data and maintain related documentation.
• Generate, write, and close nonconformance reports as needed.
• Conduct internal and external inspections.
• Participate in corrective action resolutions and verify implemented actions.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical data.
• Use precision measuring devices and techniques to measure component characteristics.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Oracle preferred.
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Experience with CMM equipment is a plus.
• High school diploma required.
